There was a full day of basketball as part of The City of Edinburgh Basketball Club's commitment to developing young players, with the showcase match being the BBL cup tie between Edinburgh Kings and Scotland's only professional basketball team, The Glasgow Rocks.
A crowd of over 500 packed into The Pleasance main hall and created quite an atmosphere as the Kings ran their visitors close before being edged out 61-72.
